There are three levels of self-awareness: the level where you know where you are, the level where you can see where you’re going, and the level where you know that you’re going. The three levels are all the same. They’re all on the same level.

In every situation, the first two levels are a lot easier to get into. For example, if youre in a situation where you are at a bus stop and you can see where you are going, you have absolutely no trouble. In the same situation, if you can see where you are going, you can see where you are going. But the third level requires that you have a lot of self-awareness.

When I first started this blog I knew that I needed to write a lot more about the various aspects of self-awareness. I had no idea how to do it, and I was frustrated that I was. I felt like I was constantly making the same mistakes over and over again, and that I wasted enough time on self-awareness to know that what I knew would never be enough.

It’s not a bad thing that you know how to do it. Self-awareness is something that helps us to be able to control the things that we are doing, to be able to do less of them, and to do this better and better. But it’s also something that can get us into trouble. I’ve found that self-awareness is a lot easier said than done.

Thats because self-awareness doesn’t happen like a sudden flash. It happens slowly, over time, and in stages. It is a process, and its not something that is always done in one go. There’s always more to learn and get better at. This is why we use it as a tool, but it also means that it never gets perfect.

I think a lot of us are on autopilot. We are so used to doing things, and not understanding why they make us feel good, and then doing them again, and doing them even better. It’s a habit and I think that habit is dangerous.

This is what I mean by “autopilot”. We never really make the time to think about it. Its as though we are always doing the same thing over and over, and we never truly stop and think about it.

I used to be like this. I always felt like I was doing the same thing, and it was always working. But then I went a little bit further and realized that I was doing it without really considering why I was doing it. I was in charge of this process, but I wasn’t doing it with an actual purpose. It was just a matter of me doing it. Now I’m trying to change the way I think about it.
