This question from an architect has become a popular one in recent years.

I like to think of things like this as the “learning theorists” of technology integration. These people study the different approaches to integration that successful companies use. In my opinion, it’s important to know what these people study because it helps us identify the strategies that successful companies use to integrate technology and their approach to integrations.

The two most important learning theorists for me are the “learners” and the “teachers”. The learners are the people who actually use the technology. The teachers are the people who make it their job to teach the learners how to use the technology. They often teach by example, like when they create a video of the teacher teaching a class. Because of this I’ve found that people often relate the learners and the teachers to the people who run the company.

The learners and teachers are both important but the teacher is more important because we’re all constantly learning new things. This is why I believe a lot of people are going to struggle with what they think of as “learning theory”. Learning theory is all about how the learners interpret and use the information that they are learning. It’s also about how the teachers use the information the learners are getting.

Learning theory is a big deal, because it is how we use the information we are learning to make sure our systems and processes are working properly and making sure we have a solid framework for all of our employees to be able to learn and apply the information they are learning.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
