We have been blessed with a relatively mild winter. This has led to a slow growth in the number of tradesmen and vendors. It has also made it easier for the staff to start the new year with a clean slate and a fresh perspective. I also think it keeps us from getting complacent. I’m not saying that getting rid of the old is a bad thing, but I think the new year will bring a fresh outlook and a fresh start.

I feel for the staff, though, because they know there are people on this island who have been here for all of these months and don’t know what they’re supposed to do for the year. So I guess the only way to keep them refreshed is to leave them no choice but to go on a hunt for something to keep them busy. I’m not sure what that is yet, but I plan to find out sooner than later.

I suspect that the staff have been looking forward to the new year for a long time. And that’s because they know that the new year is the beginning of a new era for them. They don’t know what that means though, because they haven’t been to the new year before. They’ve been here for months. They see something that should be in a new way, but they can’t quite put their finger on what it is.

I think the staff think that they are the key to a new change in the organization. They dont know what that change will be, but they are sure that it will be something big. They think that they can keep it up and keep it going. But I think they are not quite right. I think that the change might be something that will leave them behind. They might be very hard-pressed to catch up with the rest of the staff, so they might be left behind.
