If you’re new in town, or if you’ve been in the area too long, you might be wondering what to do when it comes to picking a company to open a shop. It’s a skill that, in my opinion, needs to be learned by the average person, but it’s a skill that can make or break your business.

It’s also important to know how to deal with rejection. If you are trying to sell a product or service to someone, you must really want the person to buy it. If they don’t want to buy it, you must give them a reason to buy it. If that reason is something that is simply too good to be true, then you must be honest about that.
