The world is filled with people who are extremely happy and healthy. We don’t need to go anywhere and find these people, we just need to be happy and healthy ourselves. When a person is happy and healthy, they do not need to be told they are happy or healthy, they already know.

They are too afraid to just take a look in the mirror and say, “Hey, I’m not afraid of being fat, I guess I can just go back to eating rice and beans.

For this person, the problem is that she is so afraid to take a look in the mirror that she is afraid to take a look in the mirror as a person. Just as she is afraid to say, Hey, Im not afraid of being fat, I guess I can just go back to eating rice and beans.
