A lot of the students in my classes are from New York, and theyre all pretty familiar with the city. I know that many of them have fond memories of going to the famous Brooklyn Bridge when they were little kids and getting their first introduction to Manhattan via the subway. The people you work with are an integral part of the class and its a great way to get up to speed quickly, but its also a great chance to meet new people.

New York has a lot of unique experiences for the student intern. We have to work with an amazing group of interns who have a lot of experience with marketing and advertising/PR. Theyre all incredibly bright, and they all want to do well. For example, one of the interns from a previous class said she was ÔÇťamazed at how much information the school has about the city.

This internship also allows us to really see what students are interested in. We get to see what students are passionate about, and the one thing I have to admit is I don’t know what that is, but I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with the city.

The internship was offered to a class filled with students who are passionate about marketing and advertising. It’s a perfect opportunity to get to know the students and see what they’re interested in.
