For this I have to go with someone who is just awesome. He might not have it all figured out, but he definitely has passion and determination. He may not follow the usual methods of a marketing manager, but he does his job a hell of a lot better. He also probably knows what he is doing, and does it well. That level of self-awareness is rare, and that makes him a great marketing team.
