It’s not that they are not finding ways to get into the work force, it’s just that they are taking away skills that used to be part of the training for the job. I say this because even though we are seeing that computer science graduates make up the third largest segment of the IT workforce, we are seeing a growing trend in the industry of companies hiring people straight out of college.

I could go on and on about this subject, but the bottom line is that this is not the way to improve a field. IT is a field that, whether you want it to or not, is being overworked. It has become a field that is not only very demanding, but also very competitive. You can’t just pick your own career path because, if you do not have your own unique path, it will not be recognized in the field.

In the tech industry it is common for new companies to hire people straight out of college for the sole purpose of getting a college degree. These new workers are often in the same position as the college grads because they are not looking for a traditional job or looking to move to another field. They are looking to get a diploma and work for themselves.

The fact is that many tech jobs are not positions of choice for the college graduate, but rather that these workers are in the position to make it easier for others to take the job of choice. This is a bad thing because it makes it take longer to get a job, as some new workers have to start over from the ground up. Because it’s easier to start over, it takes longer to find a job, which means that it takes longer to get a paycheck.
