In this case, the salary is described as a range, with the $15,000 average listing. $15,000 being the salary for a minimum wage employee.

The most common way to negotiate a salary range is with a base salary. Your base salary can be set at a minimum, with the minimum amount being the minimum amount that you can pay to work on the job. As you can probably see, this is basically the minimum amount that you can actually negotiate. Even though this is the most common way to negotiate salary, this is a pretty broad range.

As it turns out, the 15,000 salary range also includes the 15,000 minimum wage. So let’s say that you had a minimum pay rate of $8.90. This means that you would be paid 15,000 for the base salary. Now, take a look at the range. Do you see a “base salary” that has a range that is much larger than the minimum wage? For the sake of argument, let’s call it a $13,000 range.
