This is the second post in a new series that we’re starting called “Responsible Marketing.” All the marketing advice we’ve accumulated over the years will help you make marketing better.

In the first post we discussed the importance of listening to your customers and making sure your company is understanding your customers’ needs and wants. In this post we will give you an overview on how to listen to your customers and make sure you are doing all that you can to make them happy. We will also discuss some ways to make sure you take care of your customers so they can make you happy.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
