The difference is that the company is taking on the risk of having a poor employee and in this case, poor employee is a person who has no idea how to make money. This is a lot like when a company pays its employees based on the amount of time they spend on the job. The company is not taking on the risk of having a poor employee but is taking on the risk of having a poor employee.

It is true that there are always a few people who are the best and brightest and they are usually the ones who don’t have to work weekends. As a matter of fact, there is a very good chance that they work on weekends too. There are few things more frustrating than running into a group of people who refuse to work weekends. And while you can certainly still hire them, there’s a better way to make sure they work weekends.
