Health giving is a way of not just living life but living life well.

We’re talking about the health of our bodies, not just what our bodies look like.

Health giving is defined as the process of making sure we are doing things to our bodies that promote good health, so we have a great chance of long, healthy lives. We know it’s something we should be doing every bit as much as we should exercise, eat right, and sleep right. But the word “health” has many different connotations, so I’m not sure what we mean by “health giving”.

For the most part, health is what we’re doing and why we do it. We’re doing the right things when we’re in the right place, like putting a new hat on a new person. We’re doing the right things when we’re on the right place, like getting a new phone and talking to a new guy. By the same token, health is what we’re doing to keep ourselves healthy.

But in a way health is not just what we do. Health is an overall state of being. It can go hand in hand with other things like fitness, exercise, and sleep. But when we say health giving, we really have to define what we mean. What does health mean to you? What is it in your life that is healthy? I don’t have the answers. But I can tell you what my doctor tells me: I have high blood pressure.

For example, I have high salt and cholesterol and I live my life on a low carb diet. I exercise a lot, but the way I can tell my doctor is when I say that, he looks at me and says, “Oh, you exercise.” And I just nod. I say, “No, I’m exercising. I’m still a fat pig.” He looks at me and goes, “No you’re not.

My doctor tells me he just got my blood pressure. I know he is just trying to get me to go back to normal, but I don’t know why. I do know that he feels a lot better, but the truth is I don’t feel better. This is not me saying I have a bad blood pressure. This is not me saying I have a better blood pressure. But I do know it’s because I’m not having a good time with my life.

I wish I could say the same for myself. I want to feel like I have a good time. To feel like there is something going on in my life that I am enjoying, but I dont feel like Im having a good time. I wish I could feel like I was having a good time, but I dont.

We don’t need to define good and bad in order to live with these feelings. We just need to know what causes them. For example, if you feel like you’re having a bad time because you’re getting sick, it might be because you just haven’t gotten the hang of all the meds yet or because you’re tired of taking them. You could just be having a bad day.

Or maybe you know youre having a bad day just because you look like crap. Maybe you cant sleep because you hate your job and you feel so bad that you have to take some time off. Or maybe you just feel miserable, and you can’t believe that you are miserable because you’re not happy. Or maybe even worse than that. Maybe you just have an “I’m not feeling good” feeling.
