We’ve all heard of that phrase “healthier choices”, but we almost always hear only one side of the spectrum. We hear people saying, “I don’t want to use these chemicals,” or “I’ve heard they’re good for me, but I’m not going to use them.

It’s called the “health” of the food in your mouth. It’s what the average American eats, and most people would agree that we are eating the same amount of food as they eat.

It’s not as simple as that. The average American eats a lot more than the average person. It’s just that the average American eats more of the bad stuff in his mouth than the average person does. A lot of it is processed “foods”, and a lot of it is saturated fat and saturated dairy.

While I agree that the average American eats a lot more than the average person, I disagree with it being a problem. I do not think it is a good idea to force people to eat a certain amount of certain foods, especially when they dont want to. This may seem obvious to some, but it comes across as a bit rude to the average person when you say something like, “You should get a few extra pounds.” Most people dont.
