Can you freeze pancake batter? The answer, as it turns out, is yes. You can store your frozen pancakes in a freezer bag with a label and reheat them later for breakfast! To make sure they come out fluffy every time you cook them (no matter how many months have passed).

Follow these steps:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Whisk together or sift the dry ingredients to ensure there are no clumps of flour.

2. Add wet ingredients into another bowl and whisk until combined thoroughly (or beat on medium speed using an electric mixer).

3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir until just blended don’t overmix or your pancakes will be dense.
