Dyeing your hair is a very personal choice. It can be difficult to choose the color and the style that’s right for you, but it doesn’t have to be!
In this blog post, we will discuss how to dye wet or washed hair. If you’re confident in your choice of color, then dyeing wet or washed hair is an easy and simple process.
While the results won’t be as vibrant as if you had dyed dry hair because moisture can intensify color, it will still result in beautiful locks with a unique hue.
You’ll need to follow these steps:
Wash your hair,
Towel-dry it thoroughly (don’t use a blow dryer),
Apply conditioner starting at the ends and work up to the roots so that the bleach doesn’t go too far down into your new growth area
Don’t worry about applying conditioner to the scalp; leave this step out if you want reddish highlights on black strands for example; take off clothes that may bleed.
