I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. I know from talking to my father about my own health that my health is actually pretty great as I’m getting older, but I think I’m still not using it that way. My dad is still in his 70s, but he has a full-time job with retirement benefits and a well-paid job as a personal trainer. He is also retired, but that doesn’t mean he has a fulltime income.

This is a common problem for older people, and as you get older you have to figure out if you can continue to do the things you enjoy, or if you need to start taking care of yourself. Although being active and active in doing what you enjoy is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, being active in caring for yourself is just as important.
